By accessing the Vibcare Pharma Pvt. Ltd. website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Franchisee Agreement

The franchisee agrees to work strictly within the territory allotted. Any breach of territory will lead to termination as per the franchise agreement signed.

3. Product Information

We endeavor to provide accurate and current information on our products, but we do not guarantee that the information will always be up to date.

4. Payment Policy

All payments are to be made on a "To Pay" basis in advance, with no credit facilities offered. Payments should be deposited into the company's designated bank account before the generation of any invoice.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Panchkula, Haryana, India.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

Order cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only possible in cases of packaging issues or manufacturing defects. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment within 30 days of the approved refund status.

3. Return Policy

Goods with packaging issues or manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days from the billing date. Returned goods will be adjusted against future orders; no cash or cheque refunds will be issued.

Payment Flow

1. Order Placement

Once an order is placed, an invoice will be generated reflecting the total cost including shipping and taxes.

2. Payment Gateway

Payments can be made via various methods including credit card, debit card, net banking, or direct bank transfers.

3. Confirmation

Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer's registered email address.

4. Shipping

The ordered products will be shipped once the payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

Goods will be delivered to the address provided during the order process. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address.
