Laugh and Get Rich Day. A thirty-one day challenge with a ₹2,000 prize. Dumb Charades in the conference room for ₹2,000, and Tug of War Day with ₹2,500 to the winning team. Every one of them goes out as a real invitation to the whole company.

Fun Friday

A game in the conference room at 5:15 on a Friday evening — musical chairs, dumb charades, a dart board. Fifteen names, three teams of five, a prize.

Say Hi

Every new joiner is introduced to the whole company on their first day, in their own words, before anyone asks them to do any work.

Mindful Moments

Yoga on International Yoga Day, an exercise game after 5pm on World Health Day, and a quieter channel for the days that need one.
