Description

A novel broad-spectrum imidazole antifungal eradicates the growth of the fungus. (Daigle, 2016) An effective imidazole antifungal agent has extremely potent activity against a wide range of invasive fungi infections, especially dermatophytosis, aspergillosis, and onychomycosis. (Sahar Hivary, 2019) Rapidly resolves the signs and symptoms of tinea pedis and tinea cruris caused by Trichophyton rubrum and Epidermophyton floccosum. (Daigle, 2016) A promising approach for the treatment of infections due to melanized fungi and their relatives. (Gholam, 2017) More effective in treating tinea pedis than bifonazole, terbinafine, and lanoconazole. (Michael Jarratt, 2013) A highly effective drug than lanoconazole and bifonazole in inhibiting the growth of Candida albicans. (Bharti, 2014) Offers a shorter duration of treatment at curing tinea pedis. (Aditya K Gupta, 2015)
