Description

An ophthalmic solution of two ocular hypotensive drugs that are indicated for the treatment of elevated intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. (James E Frampton, 2006) Reduces intraocular pressure by decreasing the production of aqueous humor by the ciliary body. (Jason Yeh, 2008) Provides benefits to patients with glaucoma suffering from ocular surface disease by improving tolerability and adherence. (Anastasios G. Konstas, 2021) An effective day and night medication providing relatively uniform intraocular pressure lowering over the complete 24-h period. (Anastasios G. Konstas, 2021) A potential first-choice therapy in glaucoma management. (Anastasios G. Konstas, 2021) A well-tolerated medication that provides a convenient alternative to concomitant therapy with its individual components. (J E Boyle, 1999) A safe, effective, and well-tolerated agent in lowering intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension, including individuals uncontrolled on beta-adrenoceptor antagonists or other monotherapy. (Jason Yeh, 2008) A highly efficacious for patients with glaucoma or ocular hypertension requiring strong intraocular pressure lowering. (Bojan Pajic, 2003) A beneficial addition to the treatment options for glaucoma, and is effective in those patients who do not respond adequately to first-line monotherapy. (D Ormrod, 2000) More effective than latanoprost in reducing intraocular pressure after small incision cataract surgery. (G Rainer, 2001) A more appropriate therapeutic choice for intraocular pressure lowering than brinzolamide/timolol. (Mary S Galose, 2016)
