Vibpreg D 75/20 capsules with Pregabalin 75 mg and Duloxetine 20 mg, used for neuropathic pain and fibromyalgia. Main uses: management of neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy; management of postherpetic neuralgia (nerve pain that follows shingles); management of fibromyalgia; management of neuropathic pain associated with spinal cord injury.

Common side effects of Vibpreg D 75/20 Capsule include dizziness; sleepiness (somnolence); dry mouth; nausea; constipation; swelling of hands or feet (peripheral edema). Get medical help at once if you notice swelling of the throat, face or neck (angioedema) needing emergency treatment; slowed breathing (respiratory depression), especially with other CNS depressants or underlying respiratory impairment; monitoring and dosage adjustment may be needed; suicidal thoughts or behaviour, especially in children, adolescents and young adults.

Must not be used by patients with known hypersensitivity to pregabalin, duloxetine or any other ingredient of the capsule.
