Description

A vasodilator medicine that is used to prevent and treat heart-related chest pain (angina). (M Krumenacker, 1992) Produces antianginal effect by dilatation of coronary arteries and by reduction of myocardial oxygen demand. (Ahmed, 2019) A potent vasodilator with antianginal and anti-ischemic properties that acts on both the coronary and the peripheral vascular bed.
