Description

A synthetic retinoid analog for the topical treatment of acne vulgaris. (John Waugh, 2004) A third-generation retinoid with proven effectiveness in the treatment of acne vulgaris. (Aura Rusu, 2020) Possesses comedolytic, anti-inflammatory, antiproliferative, and immunomodulatory properties. (Aura Rusu, 2020) Provides superior efficacy and better tolerability than tretinoin 0.025% gel in the treatment of acne vulgaris A good alternative for the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris patients than tretinoin 0.025% gel. (P Tu, 2001) Reduces inflammatory and total lesion counts more rapidly than tretinoin 0.025% gel. (E Grosshans, 1998) A potent retinoid with anti-inflammatory properties and treats by regulating cellular differentiation and stabilizing abnormal desquamation.
