A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that minimizes inflammation and alleviates pain in arthritic and painful conditions. Eases pain and inflammation by blocking pain-causing enzymes cyclo-oxygenase-2. An alternative to other selective and traditional NSAIDs in treating patients with arthritis and other painful conditions. (Kubler, 2006) Demonstrates significantly greater benefit than diclofenac.
