DESCRIPTION

A muscarinic antagonist used as an antispasmodic and in urinary incontinence. It has little effect on glandular secretion or the cardiovascular system. It does have some local anesthetic properties and is used in gastrointestinal, biliary, and urinary tract spasms.

A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent with analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic properties. It is an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase.

SIDE EFFECTS

The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur from all constituting ingredients of Dicyclomine MEfenamic Acid Tablet. This is not a comprehensive list. These side-effects are possible, but do not always occur. Some of the side-effects may be rare but serious. Consult your doctor if you observe any of the following side-effects, especially if they do not go away.
Gastrointestinal hemorrhage
Dry mouth
Dizziness
Blurred vision
Nausea
Light-headedness
Dicyclomine MEfenamic Acid Tablet may also cause side-effects not listed here.

Symptoms of overdose may include severe stomach pain, coffee ground-like vomit, dark stool, ringing in the ears, change in amount of urine, unusually fast or slow heartbeat, muscle weakness, slow or shallow breathing, confusion, severe headache or loss of consciousness.

INDICATION

For the treatment of functional bowel/irritable bowel syndrome including Colicky abdominal pain.

For the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, dysmenorrhea, and mild to moderate pain, inflammation, and fever.
