Vibcare Pharma and Vibcare Healthcare employ about 250 people between them. Sales, quality, production, warehouse, accounts, IT, design and HR all sit in the same office at HSIIDC IT Park in Panchkula, except the plant team, who are twenty minutes away at Dabkori. If you join, you will be on the same floor as the people who run the company.

Vibcare Pharma — corporate office
Plot No 4, HSIIDC IT Park, Sector 22, Panchkula
Sales and after-sales, marketing and design, purchase, accounts, IT and HR. Roughly 100 people on one floor.
Vibcare Healthcare — manufacturing plant
Khasra 6/2/2, Kot Road, Village Dabkori, Panchkula
Production, quality control, quality assurance, packing, stores and engineering across tablet, capsule, oral liquid and external sections. Roughly 150 people.

Vibcare Healthcare — Dabkori plant
The plant is WHO-GMP certified and runs four sections — tablet, capsule, oral liquid and external preparations — across five acres, about twenty minutes from the Panchkula office. Company pick and drop runs to and from Mattanwala, Kot, Mattewali, Haryana 134118.

What we offer
Both companies pay statutory benefits from day one, not after a probation period.
Salary for every role is fixed against your current salary and your experience. Working days are Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm, at both sites. For the Dabkori plant, company pick and drop runs to and from Mattanwala, Kot, Mattewali, Haryana 134118.

Both sites take walk-in candidates, but call or write first so HR can give you a time — otherwise you may find the person you need to meet is out. Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm. Bring a printed CV, a photo ID and your last qualification certificate. Plant roles are interviewed at Dabkori, office roles at Panchkula.

Questions people ask
Do you take freshers?
Yes, in sales and at the plant. For QC, accounts and content roles we usually look for some experience, but send the CV anyway — it goes to the department head either way.
What should I send with my CV?
The role you want, your total experience in years, your current location, and your notice period if you are working. That is enough to start.
What are the working days and hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm, at both the Panchkula office and the Dabkori plant.
Is the interview online or in person?
The first HR conversation is on the phone. The department round is in person at Panchkula or Dabkori, depending on the role.
Do you hire for field sales outside Panchkula?
Field roles come up in different states through the year. Mention your city when you write in.
What documents do I bring to the interview?
A printed CV, a photo ID, and your highest qualification certificate. Experienced candidates should also carry the last salary slip and relieving letter if they have one.
