About the product
By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references
Revogab M (10 Pack) is a tablet that contains Gabapentin 300 mg and Methylcobalamin 500 mcg. It belongs to the neuro and neuropathy range of medicines. Each tablet provides these two ingredients together for oral use. The product is packed as 10x10 (Alu Alu) and comes from Vibcare Pharma's Evermed division.
Gabapentin binds to a part of voltage-activated calcium channels on nerve cells, though exactly how this brings about its effects in nerve pain and seizures is not fully known. Methylcobalamin is an active form of vitamin B12 that supports the upkeep of nerve tissue and helps in forming the protective covering around nerves. So the two ingredients work in different ways, one on nerve cell activity and one on nerve nutrition.
This tablet is used for the management of nerve pain such as postherpetic neuralgia in adults, and as add-on therapy in partial onset seizures in adults and children 3 years and older with epilepsy.
Use only on a doctor's prescription, at the dose and for the duration advised.
