Oflarb D Eye Drop is used for inflammatory eye conditions where a bacterial eye infection is present or likely. Main uses: steroid-responsive inflammatory conditions of the eye where a superficial bacterial infection is present or a risk of one exists; in acute purulent conditions of the eye steroids may mask or worsen the infection, so such use is only under a doctor's care; inflammation of the palpebral and bulbar conjunctiva, cornea and anterior segment of the eye along with bacterial infection; eye infection caused by bacteria that are sensitive to ofloxacin; conditions where lowering of inflammation and treatment of the bacterial infection are needed together.

Common side effects of Oflarb D Eye Drop include transient burning or discomfort in the eye; stinging; redness of the eye; itching; blurred vision; tearing or dryness of the eye. Get medical help at once if you notice raised pressure inside the eye with possible glaucoma and damage to the optic nerve on prolonged use; posterior subcapsular cataract with prolonged use; secondary eye infection, including fungal infection of the cornea, after prolonged use.
