About the product

By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references

Description

An oral syrup from Vibcare Pharma, Yetbrox LS Syrup (womc) is produced for the Auspin division. It combines Ambroxol 30 mg, Levosalbutamol 1 mg and Guaiphenesin 50 mg in a single formulation. The product belongs to the respiratory class of mucolytic, expectorant and bronchodilator combinations, and comes packed as 100ml.

How it works

Three ingredients act together here. Levosalbutamol relaxes the muscles around the airways and helps them remain open. Ambroxol works on thick, sticky mucus, making it thinner and easier to cough out. Guaiphenesin increases the amount of mucus and makes it less sticky, which helps secretions drain from the bronchial tubes.
