Vibgraf 0.1% Ointment is a tacrolimus ointment used for short-term treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis in adults. Main uses: short-term and non-continuous treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema) in adults; second-line therapy when other topical prescription treatments for atopic dermatitis have not worked well; use when other topical prescription treatments for atopic dermatitis are not advisable; for use only in patients who are not immunocompromised; apply only to the areas of skin that are affected by atopic dermatitis.

Common side effects of Vibgraf 0.1% Ointment include burning or stinging feeling where the ointment is applied; itching at the application site; redness of the skin; tingling or warmth at the application site; headache; flu-like symptoms. Get medical help at once if you notice rare cases of skin cancer and lymphoma have been reported with topical calcineurin inhibitors; serious allergic reaction with swelling or rash; skin infections, including herpes simplex infection of the affected skin.
