About the product

By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references

Description

Clinivib A is a topical gel from Vibcare Pharma, available in a 15gm pack. Each gram of the gel contains Adapalene 0.1%w/w and Clindamycin 1%w/w. It belongs to the dermatology and topical class, specifically topical acne treatment, and is supplied from Vibcare Pharma's Grace division.

How it works

The two ingredients work in different ways on acne-prone skin. Adapalene is a retinoid that helps normalise skin cell turnover, keratinisation and the inflammatory changes that appear in acne. Clindamycin is a lincosamide antibacterial that acts on the bacteria involved in acne. Together, they help keep the skin clearer by acting both on blocked skin cells and on the bacteria on the skin surface.
