Description

Amlovib AT is a tablet from Vibcare Pharma. Each tablet contains Amlodipine 5 mg and Atenolol 50 mg, and it belongs to the Cardiovascular — Anti-Hypertensive class. Amlovib AT is packed as 10x15 (Alu Alu) and is available from Vibcare Pharma's C.U.R.E. division.

How it works

Amlodipine in the tablet works by relaxing the walls of the blood vessels, allowing blood to flow with less pressure. Atenolol acts on the heart by blocking the effect of adrenaline on it, which slows the heart rate and reduces the work the heart has to do. Both ingredients act together to keep blood pressure under control through two different pathways.
