About the product

By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references

Description

Moxivib CV 625 LB Tablet is a tablet form of antibiotic from Vibcare Pharma's Prima division. Each tablet combines Amoxycillin 500 mg, Potassium Clavulanate 125 mg and Lactic Acid Bacillus 60 Million Spores. It belongs to the penicillin antibiotic and anti-infective (antibacterial) class. The product is packed as 10x10 (Alu Strip).

How it works

Amoxycillin works by stopping the growth of sensitive bacteria. Potassium Clavulanate blocks the beta-lactamase enzymes that some bacteria make to resist penicillins, so amoxycillin can act. Lactic Acid Bacillus is a friendly gut bacterium that helps keep the normal balance of bacteria in the intestine while the antibiotic is being taken.
