Anuvib Rectal cream relieves pain, itching and burning around the back passage and helps shrink swollen hemorrhoidal tissue. Main uses: temporary relief of pain, soreness and burning in and around the back passage; relief of local itching and discomfort associated with hemorrhoids; temporary shrinkage of swollen hemorrhoidal tissue; local numbing of the irritated surface to ease discomfort; reduction of inflammation, redness and irritation at the affected site.

Common side effects of Anuvib Rectal Cream include mild burning or stinging at the application site; dryness of the skin; itching or redness of the skin; skin irritation or rash at the site of use; thinning or lightening of the skin with prolonged use; allergic contact dermatitis. Get medical help at once if you notice severe allergic reaction with swelling of the face, lips or eyes, or widespread rash; rectal bleeding occurring after use; methemoglobinemia (rare, reported with local anaesthetics).

Four ingredients work together in this cream. Beclomethasone is a topical corticosteroid that calms redness, swelling and irritation of the surface. Lignocaine is a local anaesthetic that numbs the area and gives relief from pain, soreness and burning. Chlorocresol is an antiseptic preservative included in the formulation as a preservative.
