Multivib 12G capsules supply vitamins, minerals, amino acids and eye carotenoids for daily nutritional support. Main uses: nutritional supplementation to support optimum vitamin and mineral levels in the body; support of daily intake of lutein and zeaxanthin, the carotenoids that form part of the eye's natural pigment; support of antioxidant levels in the body through carotenoids, curcuminoids and trace minerals; support of amino acid intake used by the body for protein building and energy use; support of daily mineral intake including iron, zinc, calcium, phosphorus and trace elements.

Common side effects of Multivib 12G Capsule include nausea or stomach upset; constipation; diarrhoea; metallic taste in the mouth; dark-coloured stools from the iron content; loss of appetite. Lutein and Zeaxanthin are carotenoids found in the eye's natural pigment that help protect it from light-related oxidative stress, while Astaxanthin is a carotenoid antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Benfotiamine, a form of vitamin B1, helps the body turn food into energy. The amino acids Dl-Methionine, Glutamic Acid, Lysine and Cysteine, together with L-Carnitine L-Tartrate and Choline Bitartrate, supply building blocks for proteins, cell membranes and energy use.
