Calcilam 500 is a calcium and Vitamin D3 tablet that adds calcium and Vitamin D to the daily diet. Main uses: dietary supplementation when calcium intake from food is not enough; nutritional support for building and maintaining bones and teeth; dietary management of patients with a need for increased calcium and Vitamin D intake; nutritional support during pregnancy, lactation and in older adults as part of the diet; supports normal muscle and nerve function as part of daily nutrition.

Common side effects of Calcilam 500 Tablet include constipation; gas or bloating; stomach discomfort; loss of appetite; nausea; headache. Get medical help at once if you notice unusual thirst with frequent urination (may need medical advice); allergic reaction such as rash, itching or swelling; signs of too much calcium in the blood such as weakness, confusion or bone pain.
