Ciprojem 500 tablets provide Ciprofloxacin 500mg for treating a range of infections caused by susceptible bacteria. Main uses: skin and skin structure infections caused by susceptible bacteria; urinary tract infections, including acute uncomplicated cystitis and pyelonephritis (reserve for patients with no suitable alternative treatment options); lower respiratory tract infections, including acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis (reserve for patients with no suitable alternative treatment options); acute sinusitis caused by susceptible bacteria (reserve for patients with no suitable alternative treatment options); bone and joint infections caused by susceptible bacteria.

Common side effects of Ciprojem 500 Tablet include nausea; diarrhoea; vomiting; rash; abnormal liver function test results; abdominal discomfort. Get medical help at once if you notice tendinitis and tendon rupture; peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage causing pain, burning or numbness); central nervous system effects such as seizures, tremor or confusion.
