Description

Kozyvib B is a cream that contains Clotrimazole 1%w/w, Beclomethasone 0.025%w/w and Benzyl Alcohol 1%w/w. It belongs to the antifungal and steroid combination class. The cream is packed as 15gm and comes from Vibcare Pharma's Grace division.

How it works

Clotrimazole in the cream is an antifungal that acts on the fungi causing the infection of the skin. Benzyl alcohol gives temporary relief from pain at the site of application, and it also serves as a preservative in the formulation.

Used for

This cream is used for fungal skin infections such as tinea (ringworm of the body, groin and feet), tinea versicolor and skin candidiasis where the skin is inflamed and itchy.
