CQ LAM capsules provide Coenzyme Q10, omega-3 fatty acids, selenium and lycopene as a dietary source of antioxidant nutrients. Main uses: nutritional support for normal energy production in cells; dietary source of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA; antioxidant nutritional support from selenium and lycopene; supplement to support a balanced diet; nutritional support for adults who wish to add antioxidant nutrients to their diet.

Common side effects of CQ LAM include nausea; stomach discomfort; loose motions; fishy taste or fishy burps; headache; mild skin rash.
