Voljem Plus is a tablet with diclofenac, paracetamol and serratiopeptidase for pain, swelling, arthritis symptoms and menstrual cramps. Main uses: relief of mild to moderate pain; relief of the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis; relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis; treatment of primary dysmenorrhea (menstrual cramps); pain and swelling after injury or surgery.

Common side effects of Voljem Plus Tablet include abdominal pain and discomfort; nausea or vomiting; indigestion and gas; diarrhoea or constipation; headache; dizziness. Get medical help at once if you notice bleeding, ulceration or perforation of the stomach or intestines, which can be fatal; heart attack or stroke, which can be fatal; severe skin reactions with blisters or reddening.

Each Voljem Plus tablet contains Diclofenac 50 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Serratiopeptidase 10 mg. The right dose and how long to take it depend on the condition, age and other medicines, so use Voljem Plus Tablet only as your doctor advises.

The three parts act in different ways. Prostaglandin formation is held back by Diclofenac, which brings down pain and swelling. Paracetamol gives relief from pain and helps reduce fever. Serratiopeptidase, an enzyme, acts on inflammatory swelling and dead tissue after an injury or operation.

Must not be used if the patient is allergic to diclofenac, paracetamol, serratiopeptidase or any other ingredient of the tablet. Must not be used by patients who have asthma, urticaria or allergic reactions after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs. Must not be used in the setting of coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery. Must not be used with any other medicine containing paracetamol. Check with a doctor first if the patient has liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding, is taking warfarin, drinks 3 or more alcoholic drinks daily, or is pregnant or breast-feeding.
