About the product
By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references
Domivib Drops is a liquid drops preparation for oral use from Vibcare Pharma. Each drops form contains Domperidone 10mg as the active ingredient. The medicine falls in the class of prokinetic and anti-emetic medicines under gastro care. Domivib Drops is packed as 30ml and comes from Vibcare Pharma's Prima division.
Domperidone works by blocking the action of dopamine in the stomach and at the vomiting centre in the brain. This helps the stomach empty its contents in a normal way and checks the signals that bring on nausea and vomiting. Its prokinetic action also eases the uneasy feeling of food sitting in the stomach after a meal.
The drops are used for relief of nausea and vomiting, fullness after meals, upper abdominal discomfort, bloating and belching. Use is also ruled out if there is a known prolonged QT interval or significant heart disease such as heart failure or an irregular heartbeat, or along with medicines that prolong the QT interval.
Use only on a doctor's prescription, at the dose and for the duration advised.
