Read our full guide: Montelukast and levocetirizine: uses, dose, side effects and brands

Description

Vibdoxo M tablets are made by Vibcare Pharma and supplied from the Prima division. Each sustained release tablet has Doxofylline 400 mg and Montelukast 10 mg, in the respiratory and anti-asthmatic class, packed as 10x10 (Alu Alu).

How it works

Doxofylline is a bronchodilator that relaxes the smooth muscle of the airways, and the sustained release form gives it out gradually. Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that blocks cysteinyl leukotrienes, the chemicals behind airway swelling, mucus and tightening. Together they help keep the airways open.
