Gelojem Syrup is an antacid syrup used for relief of acidity, heartburn, indigestion and gas. Main uses: relief of acidity; relief of heartburn; relief of indigestion and sour stomach; relief of stomach discomfort and fullness; relief of gas, bloating and pressure commonly referred to as gas.

Common side effects of Gelojem Syrup include constipation; loose motions; stomach cramps; nausea or vomiting; chalky or unusual taste in the mouth; increased thirst. Get medical help at once if you notice allergic reaction such as rash, itching or swelling of the face, lips or tongue; very high magnesium or aluminium levels in the blood in people with kidney problems.
