Dydrovib 10 tablets contain dydrogesterone 10 mg, a progestogen used for menstrual disorders and progesterone support. Main uses: menstrual pain (dysmenorrhoea); irregular or painful periods; endometriosis; heavy or irregular bleeding from hormonal imbalance; secondary amenorrhoea (absence of periods).

Common side effects of Dydrovib 10 Tablet include headache; nausea; breast tenderness or swelling; bloating or abdominal discomfort; mood changes or drowsiness; irregular bleeding or spotting between periods. Get medical help at once if you notice severe allergic reaction with rash, swelling or breathing difficulty; yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), suggesting liver problems; new lump in the breast or unusual nipple discharge.
