About the product
By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references
Coxynor TH4 is a tablet formulation from Vibcare Pharma's Medanor division. Each tablet carries Etoricoxib 60 mg and Thiocolchicoside 4 mg. It is grouped as an analgesic and anti-inflammatory medicine with a muscle relaxant added. The tablets come packed as 10x10 (Blister).
Etoricoxib in the tablet holds back the COX-2 enzyme, so the body produces fewer of the chemicals that raise pain levels and bring on swelling and redness. Thiocolchicoside relaxes spastic skeletal muscle and brings ease to the stiffness and tightness of a spasm. Working side by side, the two ingredients cover both the pain and the spasm that makes it worse.
This medicine is given for pain and swelling in musculoskeletal conditions where muscle spasm is present, for instance lower back pain with spasm, and no course should go beyond 7 days. The same applies to children under 16, to pregnant or breastfeeding women, and to women of childbearing age who are not using effective contraception.
Use only on a doctor's prescription, at the dose and for the duration advised.
