About the product

By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references

Description

Fexovib 120 is a tablet from Vibcare Pharma's Prima division. Each tablet contains Fexofenadine 120 mg, an anti-allergic and anti-histamine medicine. It is packed as 10x10 (Blister).

How it works

Fexofenadine blocks the action of histamine, a substance the body releases during an allergy. Histamine is what causes sneezing, a runny nose, watery eyes, itching and hives. By reducing its effect, the tablet brings relief from these symptoms. It is an antihistamine that usually does not cause drowsiness.

Used for

Fexovib 120 is used for the symptoms of seasonal allergy, such as sneezing, a runny or itchy nose, itchy and watery eyes and itching in the nose or throat, and for hives and the itching they cause. It will not stop hives from starting. If hives appear along with trouble swallowing, swelling of the tongue or mouth, wheezing, trouble breathing, dizziness or loss of consciousness, get emergency help at once, as these may be signs of anaphylactic shock. Never use this tablet in place of an epinephrine injector prescribed for severe allergic reactions.

Use only on a doctor's prescription, at the dose and for the duration advised.
