Azivib FS Kit combines Fluconazole 150 mg, Azithromycin 1000 mg and Secnidazole 1000 mg tablets for genital infections. Main uses: vaginal candidiasis (vaginal yeast infection due to Candida); urethritis and cervicitis in adults caused by susceptible bacteria; genital ulcer disease in men caused by susceptible bacteria.

Common side effects of Azivib FS Kit Tablet include headache; nausea; abdominal pain; diarrhoea; vomiting; changed taste (dysgeusia). Get medical help at once if you notice severe allergic reactions including angioedema and anaphylaxis; severe skin reactions such as exfoliative skin disorders; liver injury, including cholestatic jaundice and hepatitis.

Fluconazole is an antifungal that stops Candida yeast from growing. Azithromycin is a macrolide antibacterial that stops susceptible bacteria from growing. Secnidazole is a nitroimidazole antimicrobial that acts against susceptible bacteria and against the parasite Trichomonas vaginalis. Each ingredient acts only against the organisms it is active against.

Must not be used by patients allergic to fluconazole, azithromycin, erythromycin or any macrolide or ketolide, secnidazole or any nitroimidazole, or to any excipient of the tablets. Must not be used by patients with a history of cholestatic jaundice or liver dysfunction with earlier use of azithromycin. Must not be used by patients with Cockayne syndrome. Must not be used together with other medicines known to prolong the QT interval and cleared by CYP3A4, such as erythromycin, pimozide and quinidine. Check with a doctor first if you have liver disease, heart rhythm problems, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking other medicines.
