Formovib B 200 Vibcaps is a capsule of Formoterol Fumarate 6 mcg and Budesonide 200 mcg used for asthma and maintenance treatment of COPD. Main uses: treatment of asthma in patients not adequately controlled on a long-term asthma-control medicine such as an inhaled corticosteroid; treatment of asthma when the disease warrants starting both an inhaled corticosteroid and a long-acting beta2-agonist; maintenance treatment of airflow obstruction in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); maintenance treatment in COPD including chronic bronchitis and emphysema; helps reduce exacerbations in COPD.

Common side effects of Formovib B 200 Vibcaps Capsule include nasopharyngitis (irritation of the nose and throat); headache; upper respiratory tract infection; soreness or pain in the throat and voice box; sinusitis; oral candidiasis (fungal infection of the mouth and throat). Get medical help at once if you notice serious asthma-related events such as hospitalisation, intubation or death; pneumonia and other lower respiratory tract infections in COPD patients; hypercorticism and adrenal suppression.
