Description

Gamavib Lotion is a topical lotion from Vibcare Pharma's Grace division. Each millilitre contains Gamma Benzene Hexachloride 1w/v and Cetrimide 0.1w/v. It belongs to the dermatology and topical antiscabies and antilice group. Gamavib Lotion is packed as 100ml.

How it works

Gamma Benzene Hexachloride acts on the nervous system of mites and kills them when it is applied to the skin. Cetrimide is a cleansing antiseptic agent that cleans the skin surface and helps reduce germs present on it. The lotion spreads over the affected area and acts where the parasites are present.

Used for

Gamavib Lotion is used for scabies caused by mites, as a second-line option when other treatments have failed or cannot be used.
