Laxoto 200ML Solution is a lactulose syrup for constipation and to help reduce blood ammonia in liver disease. Main uses: relief of chronic constipation; helps soften hard stools and supports regular bowel movement; prevention and treatment of portal-systemic encephalopathy; helps reduce blood ammonia levels in liver disease; used in the stages of hepatic pre-coma and coma, as part of doctor's care.

Common side effects of Laxoto 200ML Solution include bloating and gaseous distension; flatulence; belching; abdominal cramping or discomfort; nausea; vomiting. Get medical help at once if you notice fluid loss from persistent diarrhoea; low potassium in the blood (hypokalaemia) with excessive use; high sodium in the blood (hypernatremia) with excessive use.
