Vibopil 500 (10 Pack) contains Levetiracetam 500mg tablets, used for partial-onset seizures and certain generalized seizures. Main uses: treatment of partial-onset seizures in patients 1 month of age and older; add-on (adjunctive) therapy for myoclonic seizures in patients 12 years of age and older with juvenile myoclonic epilepsy; add-on (adjunctive) therapy for primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures in patients 6 years of age and older with idiopathic generalized epilepsy.

Common side effects of Vibopil 500 Tablet include somnolence (drowsiness); dizziness; weakness or lack of energy (asthenia); infections such as cold-type illness; fatigue, especially in children; irritability or aggressive behaviour. Get medical help at once if you notice suicidal thoughts or behaviour, and psychiatric symptoms such as psychotic symptoms, mood changes or aggression; patients must be monitored for new or worsening depression, suicidal thoughts or behaviour, and unusual changes in mood or behaviour; serious skin reactions, including widespread rash; the medicine must be discontinued at the first sign of rash unless it is clearly not drug related, and must also be discontinued if DRESS (drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms) or multiorgan hypersensitivity is suspected and no alternative cause is found; swelling of the face, lips or tongue (angioedema) and severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis).
