Magojem Suspension is an antacid liquid with anti-gas action used for heartburn, acidity and gas-related bloating. Main uses: relief of heartburn; relief of acid indigestion and sour stomach; relief of gas, pressure and bloating commonly referred to as gas; relief of stomach discomfort due to excess acidity; hyperacidity with flatulence.

Common side effects of Magojem Suspension include constipation; loose stools or diarrhoea; nausea or vomiting; stomach cramps or abdominal discomfort; chalky or unpleasant taste in the mouth; dry mouth or increased thirst. Get medical help at once if you notice allergic reaction such as rash, itching or swelling of the face, lips or tongue; severe constipation or difficulty in passing stools; high magnesium levels in the blood in people with kidney problems.
