About the product

By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references

Description

Nefovib is a tablet from Vibcare Pharma's Genvimax division. Each tablet contains N-Acetylcysteine 150 mg and Taurine 500 mg. It is a respiratory mucolytic tablet with an amino acid supplement. Nefovib is packed as 10x10 (Alu Alu).

How it works

N-Acetylcysteine works by breaking the bonds that hold thick mucus together, so the mucus turns thinner and is coughed out with less effort. Taurine is an amino acid that supports normal fluid balance and other everyday body functions. The two together help make mucus in the airways easier to clear.

Used for

Nefovib is used when mucus in the chest is thick and hard to pass, as in bronchitis and other conditions with a productive cough.
