Parajem 650 tablets contain Paracetamol 650 mg to relieve everyday aches and pains and to reduce fever. Main uses: relief of headache; relief of toothache; relief of backache and muscular aches; relief of minor pain of arthritis; relief of premenstrual and menstrual cramps.

Common side effects of Parajem 650 Tablet include skin reddening (may be a sign of a severe skin reaction); rash (may be a sign of a severe skin reaction); blisters (may be a sign of a severe skin reaction; stop use and seek medical help if any of these appear). Get medical help at once if you notice severe skin reactions; symptoms may include skin reddening, blisters or rash, and medical help should be sought right away if a skin reaction occurs; severe liver damage if more than 4,000 mg of paracetamol is taken in 24 hours or if 3 or more alcoholic drinks are taken every day while using this product.
