About the product

By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references

Description

Sinavib DS Syrup (with Carton) is an oral suspension for cough and cold symptoms. Its listed composition is Paracetamol 250 mg, Phenylephrine 5 mg, Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg, Sodium Citrate 60 mg and Menthol 1 mg, and the product belongs to the cough and cold class. It is packed as 60ml and comes from Vibcare Pharma's Prima division.

How it works

Inside this combination, each ingredient has its own job. Paracetamol works on the brain to lower fever and ease headache and body ache. Phenylephrine acts on the blood vessels of the nose so the swollen lining shrinks and congestion feels lighter. Chlorpheniramine Maleate blocks histamine and calms runny nose, sneezing and watery eyes, while Sodium Citrate thins the phlegm in the air passages so it is easier to cough out. Menthol adds a cooling feel in the throat that helps the airways feel more open.
