Sodovib 500 antacid tablets, each with Sodium Bicarbonate 500 mg, for relief of sour stomach and heartburn symptoms. Main uses: relief of acid indigestion; relief of heartburn; relief of sour stomach; relief of upset stomach associated with these symptoms.

Common side effects of Sodovib 500 Tablet include belching or passing of gas; stomach cramps or bloating; nausea; increased thirst; mild diarrhoea. Get medical help at once if you notice high sodium levels in the blood when taken in excess over a long period; metabolic alkalosis (body becoming too alkaline) with excessive or prolonged use; fluid retention and swelling in people who need to limit sodium or fluid intake.
