About the product
By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references
Tenlivib 20 is a tablet that contains Teneligliptin 20 mg. It belongs to a group of medicines called DPP-4 inhibitors (gliptins), used as anti-diabetic tablets. The product is packed as 10x10 (Alu Alu) and is supplied by Vibcare Pharma.
The tablet works by blocking an enzyme in the body called DPP-4. This enzyme normally breaks down incretin hormones released after a meal. When it is blocked, these hormones stay active for longer and help the pancreas release insulin as needed, while also lowering the amount of glucose produced by the liver. In this way the tablet helps keep blood sugar at a steady level through the day.
Tenlivib 20 is used to help control blood sugar in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus, along with diet and exercise. Use only on a doctor's prescription.
