Evertamin Capsule Food is a multivitamin and mineral capsule for daily nutritional support. Main uses: daily dietary source of vitamins and minerals; nutritional support when the diet does not supply enough of these nutrients; support of normal energy release from food; support of normal vision and healthy skin; support of normal bones and teeth through vitamin D3 and calcium use.

Common side effects of Evertamin Capsule Food include nausea or mild stomach discomfort; constipation or loose stools; metallic or unpleasant taste in the mouth; mild headache; dark coloured stools from the iron content; loss of appetite.
