Bars are drawn to scale. Source: company results for the year ended 31 March 2026.
Aurobindo (₹33,653 crore) and Dr. Reddy's (₹33,593 crore) are only ₹60 crore apart, about 0.2%; on the sales figure that screener.in lists for Dr. Reddy's (₹33,700 crore) their order would swap. This list is ranked by consolidated revenue for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, taken from each company's published results. Every figure in the table above comes from a company press release, an SEC filing or a reporting site linked under Sources, so you can check any number yourself.
Lists of "top pharma companies in India" you find online often differ from one another because they use different bases. Some rank by market capitalisation (market value), some by India sales alone, and many do not state any basis at all. This page shows the revenue ranking first and then gives two alternative views — India market share and market value — so you can see why rankings change depending on the yardstick.
A few figures need a note. Glenmark's ₹16,983 crore includes out-licensing income, not only product sales. Biocon's ₹16,927 crore is operating revenue and includes Syngene, its contract research arm. Torrent Pharma reported ₹13,980 crore, a figure that includes JB Pharma from 21 January 2026; that places Torrent 11th on this list. Divi's Laboratories is 12th at ₹10,560 crore. Both fall just outside the top 10.

Vibcare Pharma Pvt Ltd, based in Panchkula, Haryana and incorporated in 2014, works on this model. Vibcare appoints one PCD franchise partner per district and confirms monopoly rights in writing. You can read more about how the franchise works on the Vibcare PCD franchise page.
