About the product

By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references

Description

From Vibcare Pharma's Auspin division comes Fexojem 120, an anti-allergic and anti-histamine tablet. The active ingredient in each tablet is Fexofenadine 120 mg. The pack size is 10x10 (Blister).

How it works

Histamine released during an allergy leads to sneezing, a runny nose, watery eyes, itching and hives. The active ingredient in this tablet blocks the action of histamine in the body. As a result, these symptoms are reduced. Fexofenadine is an antihistamine that does not usually make you drowsy.

Used for

The tablet is used for seasonal allergy symptoms including sneezing, runny or itchy nose, itchy watery eyes and itching of the nose or throat, and for hives along with skin itching. It does not prevent hives or an allergic skin reaction from occurring. When hives come with trouble swallowing, swelling of the tongue or mouth, wheezing, trouble breathing, dizziness or loss of consciousness, seek emergency help at once, since these can be signs of anaphylactic shock. This tablet must never replace an epinephrine injector that has been prescribed for severe allergic reactions.

Use only on a doctor's prescription, at the dose and for the duration advised.
