About the product
By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references
Evercox TH4 tablets are from Vibcare Pharma's Evermed division. Each tablet holds Etoricoxib 60 mg and Thiocolchicoside 4 mg. The medicine falls in the analgesic and anti-inflammatory class and also carries a muscle relaxant. It is packed as 10x10 (Blister).
By blocking the COX-2 enzyme, etoricoxib reduces the chemicals responsible for pain, swelling and redness in the affected area. Thiocolchicoside acts on spastic skeletal muscle and helps it relax, which eases stiffness and tightness. The pair of ingredients therefore works on the pain as well as on the muscle spasm that makes the pain worse.
These tablets are meant for pain and swelling in musculoskeletal conditions where muscle spasm is present, such as back pain with spasm after a sprain, for a maximum of 7 days.
Use only on a doctor's prescription, at the dose and for the duration advised.
