Available from Vibcare Pharma's Auspin division, Apojem Plus comes as tablets packed as 10x2x10 (Blister). Each tablet carries Aceclofenac 100 mg, Paracetamol 325 mg, Cetirizine 10 mg, Phenylephrine 5 mg and Caffeine 25 mg. The medicine falls in the pain and cold relief class.
In this tablet, aceclofenac works as an anti-inflammatory pain reliever for pain and swelling, while paracetamol lowers fever and eases aches. Cetirizine is an antihistamine that settles runny nose, sneezing and itchy, watery eyes. Phenylephrine clears a blocked nose by shrinking swollen nasal passages, and caffeine helps keep mental alertness during tiredness or drowsiness. As cetirizine may bring on drowsiness, keep away from alcoholic drinks and drive or operate machinery with care.
The tablets are used to relieve headache, body ache, muscular aches, toothache, fever, runny nose, sneezing, itchy watery eyes and nasal and sinus congestion during a cold.
Use only on a doctor's prescription, at the dose and for the duration advised.
