Dolnora SP tablets offer aceclofenac, paracetamol and serratiopeptidase for pain, swelling and fever. Main uses: pain and swelling in rheumatoid arthritis; pain and stiffness in osteoarthritis; pain and stiffness in ankylosing spondylitis; back pain, sprains and other musculoskeletal pain; post-operative and dental pain.

Common side effects of Dolnora SP Tablet include nausea; vomiting; stomach pain or discomfort; indigestion; diarrhoea; dizziness or drowsiness. Get medical help at once if you notice severe skin reactions with reddening, blisters or rash; stomach or intestinal bleeding or ulcer; liver damage, especially with overdose or alcohol use.

Each Dolnora SP tablet contains Aceclofenac 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Serratiopeptidase 15 mg. The right dose and how long to take it depend on the condition, age and other medicines, so use Dolnora SP Tablet only as your doctor advises.

The three parts of this tablet work in different ways. Aceclofenac is an NSAID that acts on inflammation to reduce pain and swelling. Paracetamol helps with pain and also reduces fever. Serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme, is added to help ease swelling near the injured or inflamed tissue. Avoid taking more than the dose advised or any other paracetamol-containing medicine, as this can cause severe liver damage.

Must not be used by anyone allergic to aceclofenac, paracetamol, serratiopeptidase or other NSAIDs. Must not be used if you have an active peptic ulcer or stomach or intestinal bleeding. Must not be used in severe liver disease, severe kidney disease or severe heart failure. Must not be used in the last three months of pregnancy. Check with a doctor first if you have asthma, high blood pressure, heart, liver or kidney problems, take warfarin or other blood thinners, drink alcohol regularly, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
