Vivonac SP is a tablet of aceclofenac, paracetamol and serratiopeptidase used for pain, swelling and fever. Main uses: pain and swelling in rheumatoid arthritis; pain and stiffness in osteoarthritis; pain and stiffness in ankylosing spondylitis; back pain, sprains and other musculoskeletal pain; post-operative and dental pain.

Common side effects of Vivonac SP Tablet include nausea; vomiting; stomach pain or discomfort; indigestion; diarrhoea; dizziness or drowsiness. Get medical help at once if you notice severe skin reactions with reddening, blisters or rash; stomach or intestinal bleeding or ulcer; liver damage, especially with overdose or alcohol use.

Each Vivonac SP tablet contains Aceclofenac 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Serratiopeptidase 15 mg. The right dose and how long to take it depend on the condition, age and other medicines, so use Vivonac SP Tablet only as your doctor advises.

Stay within the dose advised and avoid other paracetamol-containing medicines, since an overdose can lead to severe liver damage.

Must not be used by anyone allergic to aceclofenac, paracetamol, serratiopeptidase or other NSAIDs. Must not be used if you have an active peptic ulcer or stomach or intestinal bleeding. Must not be used in severe liver disease, severe kidney disease or severe heart failure. Must not be used in the last three months of pregnancy. Check with a doctor first if you have asthma, high blood pressure, heart, liver or kidney problems, take warfarin or other blood thinners, drink alcohol regularly, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
