Dolnora TH4 Max tablets relieve pain and inflammation in arthritis, back pain and sprains and relax muscle spasm. Main uses: relief of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis; relief of pain and inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis; relief of pain and stiffness in ankylosing spondylitis; relief of low back pain, sprains and strains; relief of painful skeletal muscle spasm.

Common side effects of Dolnora TH4 Max Tablet include nausea; vomiting; indigestion or abdominal pain; diarrhoea; constipation or gas; dizziness. Get medical help at once if you notice stomach ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding (black stools, vomiting blood); liver damage, especially if too much paracetamol is taken; severe skin reactions with rash, reddening or blisters.

Each Dolnora TH4 Max tablet contains Aceclofenac 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Thiocolchicoside 4 mg. The right dose and how long to take it depend on the condition, age and other medicines, so use Dolnora TH4 Max Tablet only as your doctor advises.

Each Dolnora TH4 Max tablet contains Aceclofenac 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Thiocolchicoside 4 mg. It comes in a pack of 10x10 (Blister).

Aceclofenac is the anti-inflammatory member of the combination; it reduces prostaglandins and so relieves pain, swelling and stiffness. Paracetamol supports this by relieving pain and lowering fever. Thiocolchicoside is included to relax skeletal muscle spasm, which helps when tight muscles are adding to the discomfort.

Must not be used by patients with a peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding. Must not be used in serious liver disease or serious kidney disease. Must not be used by patients allergic to aceclofenac, paracetamol, other NSAIDs or any ingredient of the tablet. Must not be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, and must not be used in patients under 16 years of age. Check with a doctor first if you take blood thinners such as warfarin, have asthma, heart disease, or liver or kidney problems.
