Vivonac TH4 tablets ease pain and swelling in joints and soft tissue and relax painful muscle spasm. Main uses: relief of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis; relief of pain and inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis; relief of pain and stiffness in ankylosing spondylitis; relief of low back pain, sprains and strains; relief of painful skeletal muscle spasm.

Common side effects of Vivonac TH4 Tablet include nausea; vomiting; indigestion or abdominal pain; diarrhoea; constipation or gas; dizziness. Get medical help at once if you notice stomach ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding (black stools, vomiting blood); liver damage, especially if too much paracetamol is taken; severe skin reactions with rash, reddening or blisters.

Each Vivonac TH4 tablet contains Aceclofenac 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Thiocolchicoside 4 mg. The right dose and how long to take it depend on the condition, age and other medicines, so use Vivonac TH4 Tablet only as your doctor advises.

Must not be used by patients with a peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding. Must not be used in serious liver disease or serious kidney disease. Must not be used by patients allergic to aceclofenac, paracetamol, other NSAIDs or any ingredient of the tablet. Must not be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, and must not be used in patients under 16 years of age.
